Attention all CM6 runners and Personal supporters!
To ensure a fair and exciting race environment, we have certain rules for personal supporter assistance:
Location: Personal supporters are permitted to aid runners ONLY within designated areas around Aid Stations or in close vicinity. They must stay within a 100-meter radius while attending to their runner and are strictly prohibited from entering the Aid Stations themselves.

No Outside Support: Supporters are not allowed to provide aid to runners along the race course. However, runners are permitted to purchase food and drinks from local shops along the course.
Cleanliness: Supporters must ensure to take all their garbage with them when they leave. Under no circumstances should garbage be left at the Aid Stations.
We aim to minimize disturbance to local communities and the environment.
By adhering to these rules, supporters can effectively help their runners while maintaining an orderly and clean environment for everyone involved in the event.
