Attention all CM6 runners and Personal supporters!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To ensure a fair and exciting race environment, we have certain rules for personal supporter assistance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udccd\" Location: Personal supporters are permitted to aid runners ONLY within designated areas around Aid Stations or in close vicinity. They must stay within a 100-meter radius while attending to their runner and are strictly prohibited from entering the Aid Stations themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udeab\" No Outside Support: Supporters are not allowed to provide aid to runners along the race course. However, runners are permitted to purchase food and drinks from local shops along the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udeae\" Cleanliness: Supporters must ensure to take all their garbage with them when they leave. Under no circumstances should garbage be left at the Aid Stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We aim to minimize disturbance to local communities and the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By adhering to these rules, supporters can effectively help their runners while maintaining an orderly and clean environment for everyone involved in the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
