Changes:

• Subject to availability.
• Every transaction is subject to the Payment Processing Fee of 5%.

Complete Withdrawal:

• Between 27th January – 3rd February 2024 – 100% refund**.
• Between 4th February – 30th April 2024 – 70% refund.
• Between 1st May – 30th June 2024 – 50% refund.
• Not refundable after 30th June 2024.**We cannot refund the Payment Processing Fee of 5%.

Change to a “Shorter” Distance:

• Between 4th February – 30th April 2024. We will refund the difference in the registration fee but there will be a fixed fee of THB250.
• Between 1st May – 30th June 2024. THB250 fee. No refund will be given.
• Between 1st – 20th July 2024. THB500 fee. No refund will be given.

Change to a “Longer” Distance:

• Between 4th February – 30th June 2024. You will have to pay the difference in the registration fee and there will be a fixed fee of THB250.
• Not changeable after 30th June 2024.
