Conditions for Refund
Available only for participants who register by
31 October 2025
- Between 5 September 2025 – 30 April 2026 – 100% refund.
** There will be a handling fee of THB250. - Between 1 May – 15 May 2026 – 70% refund.
- Not refundable after 15th May 2026.

**We cannot refund the Payment Processing Fee of 5%.

register on or after 2 January 2026
- Between 2 January – 31 January 2026 – 100% refund.
** There will be a handling fee of THB250. - Between 1 February – 15 April 2026 – 70% refund.
- Between 16 April – 15 May 2026 – 50% refund.
- Not refundable after 15 May 2026.
**We cannot refund the Payment Processing Fee of 5%.
- Bank Transfer is our preferred method, but only if you have a Thai Bank Account. Please follow the link to the “Refund Form” and provide us with your Bank Details.
- We can also give your refund via Paypal Service.
- If you have changed to a shorter distance in the past, fear not. We will calculate the refund from your Original Payment, not from your current race distance registration fee.
- In any case, please allow our poor accountant at least 20 working days to process your refund.
